Since its humble beginnings in 2005, Loyola Club Tennis has become one of the largest clubs on campus. The fervor and commitment of our members have enabled the club to succeed while it continues to grow. Loyola Club Tennis practices from 4-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Fall and Spring, and at Lakeshore Sport and Fitness in the Winter. Club Tennis members are active in all areas of campus life participating in and holding executive positions in organizations ranging from Greek life to the varying cultural, political, and religious groups. We participate in club activities while striving for academic success. Our club fosters deep connections between members that remain long after graduation.
Thanks to the dedication of members past, our club has gained a reputation as a solid tennis team and as an active member in service around the city. We volunteer at various events throughout the year and participate in community service projects on campus as well as in the greater Rogers Park community. Some of the most recent events that we have participated in include the Special Olympic Chicago Tennis Day, Hot Chocolate Run, Relay For Life, and Halloween Door Decorating at Loyola. The vast network of extraordinary individuals past and present have allowed our club to see success as we work to continue to provide opportunities to flourish. Our diverse club promotes acceptance and welcomes all to join our loving family. We accept members of all skill levels. |
